How do I book a session?
Send me an email through my contact page and we can get the ball rolling! Once the details have been worked out, you’ll receive and email with a contract and invoice. A 20% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking for portrait sessions.
How do i book a weDding?
A lot goes into booking a wedding. Send me an email through my contact page and we can set up a time for a consult to go over the details and get a quote for your wedding day. After the consult, you’ll receive a contract and invoice which will be good for 5 days.
When do I make the final payment?
For portrait sessions, payment is due the day of your shoot and can be paid via the same invoice you used to pay your retainer.
For weddings, you can choose monthly payments or three installments in addition to your retainer payment. All weddings must be paid in full 30 days before your wedding day.
What forms of payment are acceptable?
All payments must be made using the invoice that you receive. As such, no payments will be received in person. Major credit / debit cards are accepted.
What happens if I have to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know at least 14 days before your session. We can reschedule without forfeiting your retainer if I know at least 14 days prior to your scheduled session.
Canceling a session at anytime forfeits all money paid towards your session.
For weddings, canceling at any time forfeits all money that has been paid. Rescheduling a wedding can only be done if my calendar is clear on the new date. If my calendar is not clear, this will be treated as a cancellation.
What should my family wear?
This is a great question that can greatly impact your photo session! It's best to wear muted, complementary colors with only minor patterns. A simple Pinterest search can give you lots of great examples of this theory.
Why do I have to sign a contract and release?
Contracts and releases are an industry standard as a way to protect both client and photographer. A release allows me to use your photo for social media and marketing. I do not sell your photos.
What happens if I have an outdoor session and it rains?
If it rains the day of your shoot or the ground is too wet from the previous day, we will reschedule. This will be done at the photographer's discretion.
How long does it take to get my photos?
I try to get edits done within three weeks of your paid session. I reserve the right to make exceptions to this three week delivery time in the event of an emergency.
For weddings, delivery time takes a little bit longer. Weddings will be edited and delivered up to eight weeks after your wedding. A sneak peak will be made available for sharing one to two weeks after your wedding.
How will the photos be delivered?
All of your photos will be delivered by download via an online gallery. From there, you can download the images and purchase prints.
Is it okay to post my photos on social media?
Of course! I would be disappointed if you didn't love your photos enough to share them! I appreciate when you share your photos and tag me in your posts. However, I do not allow filters or edits on my photos. All edits must be done by me as stated in your contract.

Where do I order prints?
Prints can be ordered directly from your gallery. These are high quality prints made by a professional photo printer. I always suggest you purchase your prints through a professional photo printer, but you're free to order them wherever you'd like. Your digital images come with a print release.
